In consideration for the reproduction of the Artwork and/or
Photographs, customer represents and warrants that customer is the
owner of the copyright in all Artwork and/or Photographs submitted for
reproduction by Janette Brown, aka Dsigns by Jnet and Church Display
Art or has otherwise obtained the right to reproduce the Artwork and/or
Photographs.
The undersigned will indemnify, defend and hold Janette Brown, aka
Dsigns by Jnet and Church Display Art harmless from a suit, claim or
demand arising from the reproduction of any Artwork and/or
Photographs. Such indemnification shall include, but be limited to,
actual and statutory damages, fines, attorney’s fees that may be
awarded or incurred and all legal costs.
